We have delivery throughout the Mexican Republic
To make the guarantee effective, we require that you present the product, accompanied by the corresponding guarantee policy, duly stamped by the establishment that sold it, or the invoice, or receipt or voucher, in which the specific data of the product that was purchased is stated.

The Hunter fan has two guarantees:
1. Motor Warranty: Lifetime warranty. If any part of the ceiling fan motor fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship (as determined by Hunter); Hunter will proceed to repair the engine or, failing that, replace it with a new one.
2. Parts Warranty: One-year limited warranty. If any part of the ceiling fan, including remote controls, within one year of purchase proves to be defective in material or workmanship (as determined by Hunter), Hunter will provide the replacement part free of charge.

Yes, Outdoor ceiling fans are made with materials that allow them to be outdoors, without a doubt they can be placed indoors; however, a fan designed for indoors should not be placed outdoors.
